These are truly the most elevated and delightful filets you’ll ever enjoy. I always say, if you think you don’t like anchovies it’s just because you’ve never had GREAT ANCHOVIES. Anchoas from Conservas Ana María are hand-processed and laid to rest in their tins with love and care and with the artisan expertise that goes back generations in this little town on the Mar Cantábrico.
